Midlands South 4BBB

The Midlands Foursomes Trophy was first played for in 1928.

The Competition is currently played as 4BBB and open to ladies from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Herefordshire, Northampshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire with a Handicap Index of 29.5 or below on the day of entry.

2024 MS 4BBB

The 2024 MS 4BBB organized by Buckinghamshire County Ladies Golf Association and held at Denham GC on 27th August 2024 celebrated its 2024 Competition with an enormously healthy number of 94 ladies from 29 Golf Clubs. The magnificence of the occasion was that the two resplendent (very heavy) silver trophies held the names of all the winners dating back to 1928 – obviously attracting much interest from the competitors.

2nd Gross – Tracy Crew & Pat Bennett (Reading GC at Caversham)

3rd Gross – Anne Green & Katie Reid (Gerrards Cross GC)

1st Nett - Jane Sly & Fran Campbell (Mill Ride GC)

2nd Nett – Judy Crawley & Louise Fisher (Sand Martins GC)

3rd Nett – Jill Duffus & Jackie Edwards (Burnham Beeches GC)

Conditions could not have been better and, of course, Denham GC is synonymous with quality and we thank all the staff and Club members for their considerable effort made to make the day so special in the annals of this memorable Competition.
