Junior Order of Merit

A selection of Junior Opens in Buckingham shire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire was chosen to participate in the BB&O Girls Order of Merit.

The top girls, both gross and nett, in each event were awarded points towards the BB&O Girls Order of Merit and the girls with the most points at the end of the season will be awarded a prize - separate prizes for the gross and nett winners.

Order of Merit Points Allocations

Points will be allocated as follows, both Gross and Nett

6 or more girls in the competition 10 points for 1st down to 1 point for 10th
5 or fewer girls in the competition 5 points for 1st down to 1 point for 5th

In the BB&O Girls Championships and the Midlands South Girls Championships, where there are separate medal and stableford competitions., points for the Nett OOM are allocated separately for each of the two competitions, points for the Gross OOM are only allocated for the medal competition.

Additional Points for Junior Open Winners - If a girl WINS a mixed junior open, she gets 5 extra points in whichever category she has won.

Congratulations to Claudia Weston from Gerrards Cross, winner of both the gross and nett 2025 BB&O Girls OOM. Under the rules of the competition each player can only win ONE prize, so the prizes are awarded as follows:
