BCLGA promotes golf for girls at all levels throughout the county, from complete beginners through to champion golfers.
We aim to provide opportunities for girls to take part in the sport, progress, meet other like-minded girls and especially, enjoy the game of golf. You don’t need to be a member of a golf club to participate in our events.
We provide:
Junior Competitions - for girls of all ages and abilities
Junior Matches - a great opportunity for girls to represnt Buckinghamshire in matches against other counties and clubs
Academy Coaching - a chance for girls to have fun, meet other players and learn from coaches
Fun Days - learning through playing, fun competitions for high and pre handicap girls played on par 3 and short courses
Intermediate Training - a full day of skills training in the morning and 9 holes play in the afternoon for junior and intermediate girls (up to age 25)
Junior Order of Merit - a selection of local Junior Opens are selected where girls are awarded points towards a BB&O Order of Merit
Junior Events are listed on the main Diary & Events page and can be identified by a turquoise tag.
BCLGA 2025 Junior Events are open to all girls born on or after 1st January 2007.
In order to particpate in our junior events, a Junior Player Profile & Consent Form must be completed. The form is now online and can be completed here.
