Gemma Dryburgh, returning from Florida, via a semi-final in the Scottish Girls Championships, shot 2 over par at Gerrards Cross GC to become the Bucks Junior County Champion. Emma Hargreaves, home from University, shot one under to win the Intermediate trophy. Play was not disrupted despite heavy rain and thunder being heard in the distance.

At the presentation the Junior County Team was announced for the 9 and 10 August at Temple GC to play against Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire.
