TEAM STABLEFORD COMPETITION

SATURDAY 27th MARCH 2010

at Sunningdale Ladies Golf Club

The Bucks girls at the BB&O Stableford competition at Sunningdale Ladies

This annual fixture between the three counties was postponed from 28th February due to the snow. The re-arranged match took place in good weather on Saturday 27th March.

The girls representing the county were:-

Emily Marler
Charlotte Nutt
Luan Skeates
Megan Lance
Kim Squire
Lucy Matthews
Reserve: Grace Wood

The team score is the total of the best 6 out of the 7 Stableford scores. The Bucks team scored 186 points, finishing in third place behind the winners Berkshire (209 points) and runners-up Oxfordshire (200 points).

The individual winners were:
1st Jodie Moris (Berks) 38 points
2nd Laura Willoughby (Berks) 38 points
3rd Gemma Clements (Oxon) 36 points

Despite finishing in third place and not featuring in the individual prizes, the event was a good experience for the Bucks girls.
